This month we are doing a Winter Harvest Bowl!
Mostly winter isn’t thought of as a harvesting season. It is usually where the majority of us stay bundled inside, but some of the most beautiful vegetables and greens come during those winter months when we are all resting. They are the first harvests of the year and what helps us make it through to the more abundant months!
This bowl will include sweet potatoes, greens, chickpeas, carrots, and grains all topped with a balsamic dressing!
